St. John, NB to Truro, NS

Rain is the name of the game. It was so cloudy, foggy and rainy in St. John that we could not enjoy what might be, under better weather circumstances, a very nice park. This morning, just as we were eating breakfast, the thunder and lightning returned. We waited about 45 minutes and the storm let up, giving us an opportunity to take down the trailer. We think we are going to name the trailer "Stormy".

On the road, we had some rain, but the fog that we had for the past two days had lifted. As we crossed into Nova Scotia, the sun actually came out. We stopped at the Welcome Center which had a nice view towards Chignecto Bay, which opens into the Bay of Fundy. I took a picture of the little lighthouse that welcomes folks to NS. Our campground tonite is a family spot with lots of kids and of course they are swimming!
